BOOKING INFORMATION
Rental Rates
The rental prices are per week and for exclusive use of the villa, pools and garden.  The villas can all comfortably accommodate up to a maximum of six guests.

Additional days are charged on a pro-rata basis.

Please note that the pools are not available November to March, unless by prior arrangement.

The rates are fully inclusive of electricity, gas, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, all linens and towels including pool towels.
Standard Discount
The following standard discount is available April to October:

Villa Jasville - £25 per week when only 2 guests staying.
Villa Cairnville - £25 per week when only 2 guests staying.
Villa Scotville - £35 per week when 3 or less guests staying.
Rental Period
Our minimum rental period during April to October is one week; short breaks can also be accommodated where possible.  If you are looking for a short break please email us as our booking system is automatically set for a minimum of 7 days.

If your exact dates are not free, please still email us as some of the days are changeover days, or we may be able to organise your holiday between two villas.
Changeover Day
We can cater for your arrival on any day of the week subject to fitting in with other bookings.
Booking Deposit
To secure your booking direct with us, we require a deposit of 15% of the total rental value which is non-refundable.  Bookings made via Owners Direct / Homeaway require a deposit of 20%.
Final Balance
The balance of your rental is due 60 days prior to your arrival date.
How To Pay
Amounts are payable by debit card or credit card (no additional charge), bank transfer or cheque in pounds sterling.  We can also accept payment in Turkish Lira, Euros or US dollars (bank transfer only).

You will be directed to an external and secure site for the processing of your online card payment.  Your card details will never be seen, stored or accessed by us.

We take mastercard and visa in addtion to bank transfer and cheques
No Breakages / Damage Deposit
We do not take a breakages deposit, but we ask that if any item is damaged, broken or lost that it is replaced on a like for like basis.  Alternatively, you can leave the replacement cost with our Villa Manager and he will buy the new item for you.

We lavish a lot of time and effort maintaining our villas for our guests to enjoy and ask that you respect our honesty policy so that guests staying after you can enjoy the villa with all of the facilities made available to you.  There is nothing worse than turning up to your villa to find the last guest hide the broken plates at the bottom of the pile to avoid paying a few lira.
Welcome Pack
We provide a basic welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and mineral water to give you refreshments on arrival.
Cleaning
The villa is cleaned prior to your arrival and again midway through a 14 day holiday when bathroom towels and linens are changed and the villa is lightly cleaned.
Villa Manager
We have an English speaking Villa Manager who looks after all of our villas in Dalyan.  He will personally meet all of our guests within the first few days of arrival and is always on hand for advice or local information, if required.  He can also assist with car rental, tours and boat rides.
Pool Engineer / Gardener
There are daily visits by the pool engineer and gardener to maintain the pools and garden.
OTHER INFORMATION
Airport Transfers
We can arrange for airport transfers from Dalaman International airport with a local Dalyan firm, the price for 2018 is £30 each way for up to six guests and is payable locally in Dalyan. Please let us know if you are interested in this option.  The transfer time from Dalaman airport to the villa is approximately 25 to 30 minutes.

Don't worry if your flight is delayed as the taxi driver will still be there to meet you at no additional charge.  It doesn't matter how late you are.
Car Hire
We can assist you with hiring a car in Dalyan at reasonable rates.  The car can be dropped off at the airport for your arrival or brought to the villa at no extra cost.
OWNERS DIRECT / HOMEAWAY
Booking a Self-Catering Villa / Apartment
We advertise all our villas in Dalyan, Turkey on Owners Direct / Homeaway and have done so for many years, unfortunately Owners Direct / Homeaway in addition to introducing online bookings have now decided to introduce a service fee to travellers/guests who decide to book and pay through the Owners Direct / Homeaway checkout. The amount of the fee is a percentage of the total rental cost, and works out on average between 5 and 12% of the total rental cost, up to a maximum of £299. The service fee is automatically added to all listings that allow travellers to book online - whether you pay via Online Payments, Cheque or Bank Transfer. Travellers / guests will be asked to pay the service fee by credit card at the time of booking.

We strongly disagree with this new service fee and consider it unfair that travellers / guests should have to pay a service fee, which is over and above what we already pay Owners Direct / Homeaway for advertising.  If you do not wish to pay the additional fee to Homaway, you can continue to arrange your holiday, booking directly through us with the reassurance that we have been renting our own villas in Dalyan for the last 11 seasons.  Whether you choose to book through Owners Direct / Homeaway, or directly through us your rental payment is paid to us directly and not to Owners Direct / Homeaway.

We have been researching online bookings and credit cards for some time and have now introduced this new functionality to all of our websites. 

In an effort to reduce your holiday costs, we are able to take bookings online and debit, card credit card payments are accepted at no extra cost.
